    Compute a % of a cell value depending on its TRUE/FALSE statment to different variables

    I am new to the forum and would appreciate any advice on this one. I am trying to create a formula to compute bonuses for a sales department. The criterion for the bonus payouts is described in the table below. I have also attached a spreadsheet with sales data and bonus criterion.




    PAYS No Letter Letter +$1500-$9999.99 Letter + $10,000-$24,999.99 Letter +>$25,000

    1 $5 3% of total sales 5% of total sales 7% of total sales
    2 $10 5% of total sales 7% of total sales 9% of total sales
    3 $15 7% of total sales 9% of total sales 11% of total sales

    Happy to help but your question isn't very clear.

    I think you have pasted info from your spreadsheet directly into this post which doesn't keep the format.

    Can you clarify what you need step by step with examples if possible?

    It's not clear from the workbook where the calculation results are meant to appear. the OP would do well to annotate the workbook clearly and re-attach it here.

    Try this formula in D3 and drag down. Find the attached sheet to see if this is what you are trying to achieve.
