Looking to Auto Adjust Row Height in a Vlookup Scenario

Hello all...I am working on a sheet that has this formula:

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(B18:B18,'Data Index'!$A:$B,2,FALSE)),"",(VLOOKUP(B18:B18,'Data Index'!$A:$B,2,FALSE)))

I am working on an "automated" purchase order workbook and am drawing information from an "index sheet" to fill in the descriptions of the items to be purchased. problem is when you draw in the info the row height does not automatically adjust to fit the text data...any ideas on what may fix this???

Make sure
- 'Wrap text' option checked under Format Cells (Ctrl+1)-- Alignment
- the cell is not a merged cell

attached is a copy of the spreadsheet I am working on...please feel free to offer advice or even criticism.

In Version 5 I do have the cells in question merged and in Version 6 I un-merged the cells hopefully to be easier to work with.
