Rankings formulas and points systems

Hi, I am putting together a spreadsheet to calculate rankings across multiple "races".

I would like to be able to enter each competitors "race time" and have the sheet allocate points based on shortest to longest time.

Example:

A - 1 minute
B - 2 minutes
C - 3 minutes

Formula calculates

A = 1st = 3 points
B = 2nd = 2 points
C = 3rd = 1 point

I would like to enter race times on sheet 1 and have points allocated on sheet 2 of a workbook.

Please see attached sheet and comments added to cells for required formulas. Any help much appreciated.

Many thanks. This is close to what I require.

I have figured out by changing the <=3 to <=* and 1,2,3 to 1,2,3,****** I can increase the number of schools awarded points.

I also need the points to be awarded in the opposite order (currently the formula gives the slowest team the most points)

Hope this makes sense?

i.e I need the rankings reversed
