Importdata function with excel2013

I am trying to run this formula

the problem is that when i run this (obviously adjusting the field references) i get a #NAME? error. I have troubleshooted this formula and it seems that the IMPORTDATA function is the reason this doesn't work.

Can someone please advise what i am doing wrong...or in excel 2013 is there a different function to use...

ImportData() is not an inbuilt worksheet function.

Seems like an Addin function to my eyes

you are right. I didn't read the quora solution. IMPORTDATA is a macro.

Do you know of any other solution to acheive the same thing? or where i can get the macro from?
