Formula to transpose rows to new columns and columns to new rows in Excel

I have a table where the month and year heading are setup as rows and the product heading setup as column (column C through L). I would like a formula to transpose year and month into the new headings for the new table while the product list is will be the new row. I think the combination of index, column and some other excel functions can achieve this task.

Desired outcome is in green color.

    Sample data is attached.

    Thanks
