Lookup function for rolling report excel 2010

    Hi There

Ok so each week I am going to be running a sales report and pasting it into a spreadsheet tab.

I am looking to see what formula I can use and drag down if needed to show the Company name and the Sales person that owns it?

    Thank
    Fentoei

    Try PivotTable.

    Re: Formula for Sales

    Apologies Fotis1991

Thank you Alkey, however my objective is to run one single report, paste it into excel and it will populate a little data table of what customer are "pending" to what Sales person.

    Is this possible?

    Hi Fentoei,
It would be impossible for me answer your question without seeing what your data looks like and what desired outcome should be.

Please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

In a cell(let's say G1) type your salesman name.

Then in a cell that you want and copy down use this ARRAY formula.

    Not just Enter.
