    Conditional Format Based on Cell

I have a little spreadsheet that helps me with data entry for hobby of mine. Attached is my workbook.

Problem: I want cells E2:E26 & G2:G26 to Bold font based on if the cell lies outside the Max or Min Standard Deviations from the Mean.
    > Cell B21 is the key to this, as based on what is in that Cell (5,10,25, or 50) will judge which range from the cells above (E2:E26 & G2:G26) I want to Bold based on whether or not they lie out Max or Min.

    >For Example: (Based on the inputs I have in the worksheet now)
Cell B21 = 10 ;therefore, I want to use the calculations displayed in R13:S17 for my conditional formatting. Since cell E10 lies outside the Maxmium displayed in Cell R13 it should be highlighted. Same goes for all of the other outliers.
    >Say Cell B21 = 5; now, I would want to use the calcs from R3:S16.

Any questions please ask. I try my best to give good direction. Your help is much appreciated.
