Formula or Conditional formatting for cell shading

I want excel to shade a cell as long as its value meets two conditions

SO for instance, if the person's age(B1) is 24, the person's gender(B2) is Male(1), And we enter Value 24 into cell B14 then the cell should be yellow
BUT
If the persons age(b1) is 24, the person's gender(b2) is Femail(2) and we enter the value 24 into cell B14 then the cell should be light green


How can this be done? I've attached the example sheet.
