I have a table with date range in Row 2 with Headling Last Day Sick. I have formula in next row calculating total number of days. However ontop of table I have a total field where I sum total number of days off. But I only need to Sum total days off for previous year from current date, I tried playing with SumIF or SumProduct. I sure answer lies with these formulas but cant get it right.
Any help be appreciated
