How To Expand Rows

Hello Everyone.

Attached is a Workbook that I've been working on. In the sheet "Non Standard Quote" Row 4 is filled with a series of formulas. I would like to be able to duplicate row 4 at my convenience, but each time I do it doesn't link the macro checkmark to the right bow. It also gives me "#N/A" in many of my boxes. I was hoping to keep those blank until something in column B was filled out.

I know this Might be a a big one.
