Auto adjust row height in formula-cells

Hi everyone

I know how to click "wrap text" and then excel automatically adjust the row height. However, if you click "wrap text on" (before you do anything with the cell), it doesn't "wrap" the cell, if you have a reference/formula in the cell instead of pure text. How to I tell excel to always autoadjust row heigh? Please see the attached file for a very simple example.

I appreciate any help - do I need VBA to fix this?
