    Rotating Work Assignment Formula help

    Hello all

I'm attempting to create a form/function that assigns a different task to workers on that shift, based on who's done that task the least in the last two weeks.

I have my spreadsheet of employees, tasks, etc. I just don't know how to create a function that will accomplish all I'm trying to do.

So far I've tried linking IF/MIN/Index functions to no avail, as I'm afraid this complex of a function is above me. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!

hard to advise without seeing how your data is laid out.

Post an (anonymized) example workbook, showing an example of your data, and what your required outcome looks like.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

If I give you Power Query (Get & Transform Data) code, and you don't know what to do with it, then CLICK HERE

Re: Rotating Work Assignment Formula help

    Olly,

Of course. Here's what I have so far in the attachment. The green/red totals of the # of times worked in that job function are what I was looking to reference to determine who should do that job, that day.

I was trying to get it to display in a manner like what I have in S27 through Y27.
