Exact result when s specific Item is chosen

Exact results when a specific Item is chosen.xlsx
I am need of a fucntion that allows me to just input an Item and then the corresponding amounts/year will spit out. These numbers are directly from a table. Please see my attached sheet.

Try this in C10 and filled right.

=INDEX(C$3:C$7,MATCH($B10,$B$3:$B$7,0))
