Changing other cell values based on Dropdown list

Dear Excel users,

I have a question regarding "changing" values.

I'm currently building a excel workbook, i want to change the values of the cell based on Days.

However, i want to manually input the data in these cells,

So if i chose for Example Monday in my dropdown list (B7), i want to manually input C7,C7,D7,E7,F7,G7.
If i come back the next day and i change Monday into Tuesday, i want to have "clean" cells and want to input C7,D7,E7,F7,G7 again but then based on tuesday (Data is different each day). If i go back to Monday i want to see the values i filled in on Monday. (Same will apply for C8,D8 etc)

Is this possible?

Yes, it is very much possible. The easy way is to create a separate table with all the values for each day; and then use VLOOKUP formulas based on the value in B7 (or B8 ...) to obtain the values in C7:G7, (or C8:G8 ....). Look at help and some online examples of VLOOKUP formula to see how it can be used to achieve this.
