Summation of multiple values of same categories

May I ask you, please?

I have an excel spreadsheet like this Book2.xlsx,

I'd like to put summation of values of the same categories, aka number of cells from same treatment of the same ganglion of the same side of the same rat (4 first columns) together.

For example, G3-G8 will be summed together, H3-H8 will be summed together, etc. as row3-row8 have same values in column A to column D (colume E and F will be discarded)

How can I make MS excel do this task?
