Auto populate cell based on another cells data

Hey guys (and gals),

I am trying to simplify a process that usually requires me to look up data from another worksheet and copy/paste.

What I'd like to do is start using a master copy of an excel file that will auto populate the "company name" field based on matching the "vendor id" column (A) with the "vendor id" column (L). Both L and M will be static and not change much. The table to the left of L/M will be updated monthly. What I'll be doing is copying the vendor ID's from another pivot point sheet into column A and hope to have the company name field auto-import based on M.
