Compare 2 colomns from 2 tables and make the difference of another colomns between 2 table

HI,
Can anyone help me on this Sheet. As from the Picture ...

I need to look colB and colC should be equal to colH and colI, IF both cells matched, then copy the EmpNo(ColB or colH) and Counter(colC or colI) get the difference of values in another colomn

If there is any row for Employee or Counter issing from either of tables populate with RED in either of 2 colomns,

for example:at row 17, table 1 has a missing colC, and row 17(table1) = row18(table2), it should populate the row17 for table2, as a reference.

the formula doesn't work ..I am attaching the spreadsheet for refrence.

Can you please also add the matching empNo and CounterName also into different colomn with differences in totals from 2 tables

Vikas, thah works great ....and a small request, Is there any possiblity of populatin the missed rows from wither of table

for example: at rows H4291&I4291 are missing from colB&colC, in this case, can u please, tell on how to populate in red on in either of the tables
