Randbetween question

is there a way to use the ranbetween formula and have it only affect a specific cell? right now I have about 40 or so cells that I want to generate random numbers, however when I enter the ranbetween formula in a cell ( I realize using f9 is probably designed to refresh them all) it refreshes the number in all 40 cells.

Provide a sample workbook and an expected result...
