Remainder equation

I am looking for a formula that will add 1-6 of each 10's of a cell to another cell for everything past 10
Examples

if a1 shows 11
b1 would need an formula that would show 1

if a1 shows 56
b1 would show 6

if a1 shows 29
b1 would show 0

if a1 shows 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9
b1 would show 0
