Formula to link cell on one sheet to changing cells on another sheet

Hi

I'd appreciate help with the following issue. Pertaining to the attached file. On the “Envelope Check” sheet I have place to enter the contents of 7 envelopes of cash. There may not be 7 envelopes each time. As cell A1 on “Total Tips Sheet” is linked to cell B1 on the “Envelope Check” sheet I need a formula that will link cell B1 on “Total Tips Sheet” to the last date entered on the “Envelope Check” sheet in row 1. There may only be one envelope or there may be between one and seven envelopes entered.

Is that possible?
