Attached the file for your reference. Please guide me.
Put all data on 1 sheet.
Use column B as helpcolumn and use VLookup to determine if the article is other.
After that you can use a pivot table to analyze your data.
Notice my main language is not English.

thank youit works. But my only worry is that if my master items list is more than 20 which will be resulting in big formula (F4,F5,F6...F20).
Is it possible like <>F4:F25.
