I have added a drop list in xcel of about 10 options, when one of the options is selected I want the price to show in another column.
I have tried this =IF(D44="CTI63","711.40") but it does not work

In "If"condition, we must give true or false value. You can try using this =IF(D1="CT163","711.30",0) which will give you 0 value if value is false.
I have just tried this and it only shows false not a value?
Hi Stephsa..
Check whether if there are leading and following space after/before the text your are comparing in the IF statement...
You have also mentioned that you wanna result another column...
I guess for that matter, you should consider vlookup or Lookup function as an option....
