Looking for a formula which can select specific number of rows and column in one go

Dear Friends.... you always helped me whenever i need your support. This time i am looking for a formula which can select rows for me.

Suppose i have to select 200 rows then by dragging the mouse button i can do it but sometime i have to select the number of rows, depending on the number of rows occupied in a worksheet. To do this conveniently i need a formula in which i mention the cell reference or array and it can select the desired row for me.

    Guys help me out.

    Hi,

What are you trying to do?

    a) Select a range of rows, say 100-399 given by the value entered in a cell, or
    b) Go to or select a particular row number given by the value entered in a cell.

Note however that a formula can't achieve this for you. You will need a macro driven by some event, probably a sheet change event.
