can some one please try this out.
there will be two columns.1st column have values which may be similar values.if similar value exist in 1st column then compare adjacent rows of similar values to check they are also similar or not.
i attached an excel example to tryout.it may contain 1000 rows,but practice purpose i just included 10.

I think you have forgotten to attach the file.
Please attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
