Question Returning sample size based on lot from a chart

I have a sample inspection chart that needs to be referenced. our In-process inspection sheet is an Excel document so I wanted the sample size to auto populate based on the lot quantity.
How can I have Excel return a number based on a qty range as seen in the sampling plan? All sample sizes are going to be from the 4.0 column.

Example: The operator fills the Lot size cell with 112 and the sample size cell should return 11

    .010 .015 .025 .040 .065 .10 .15 .25 .40 .65 1.0 1.5 2.5 4.0 6.5 10.0
    Lot Size Sample Size
    2-8 * * * * * * * * * * * * 5 3 3 3
    9-15 * * * * * * * * * * 13 8 5 3 3 3
    16-25 * * * * * * * * * 20 13 8 5 3 3 3
    26-50 * * * * * * * * 32 20 13 8 7 7 5 3
    51-90 * * * * * * 80 50 32 20 13 13 11 8 5 4
    91-150 * * * * * 125 80 50 32 20 19 19 11 9 6 5
    151-280 * * * * 200 125 80 50 32 29 29 19 13 10 7 6
    281-500 * * 315 200 125 80 50 48 47 29 21 16 11 9 7
    501-1200 * 800 500 315 200 125 80 75 73 47 34 27 19 15 11 8

When you copy/paste directly from excel, it loses formatting. I usually try and paste it into Notepad first, then post it with [ CODE ] [ /CODE ] tags around it to maintain the formatting and spacing

Please also note that files can be uploaded to this site (and it is preferred) just make sure no sensitive data is in the file, and show your expected results so we have something to go on.
Click the 'Go Advanced' button, it is in the text formatting bar on top, looks like a paperclip. Or, below the textbox, there is a manage attachments section as well.
