Is there a way to do conditional formatting where depending on what the result of the cell is, it will highlight the cell a specific color? For example I have 2 lists that I am doing a vlookup on, one is an actual listing and one is a target listing. I am using the iferror formula in my vlookup to first look in the actual list to return a result. If there is an error on the actual list, then it will return whatever is on the target list. I need to know whether or not I am using the actual listing or target listing via highlighting the cell that has the vlookup formula in it. I have attached an example. For example, on the Summary tab in row 6, the type is "a" so the value of 100 is from the Actual List in the Listing tab. If the type is "y" like in row 8 then the value will be 140 which is from the Target List in the Listing tab. I need the cells in column B to be highlighted if the corresponding value is from the Actual List and not highlighted if the corresponding value is from the Target List (I have manually highlighted them as an example). Is this possible to do with conditional formatting? TIA!
