I have a long list of numbers. I'm trying to get a formula that will return the number of the row that has the first occurring negative number.
Thanks!

if youjust want the row number of the index
then
=MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(B2:B100<0,0),0) and b6 is first negative
number
that would return 5

=MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(A:A<0,0),0)
Audere est facere
