Autopopulate one sheet from data of other sheet based on a criteria

you could achieve this with macros, if you could attach an excel file with sample data and output, someone will code for you.

I have the same problem right now. I need to copy entire rows from one Sheet ('rawdata1') into a new sheet 'Sheet3', for rows that CONTAIN the word "Total" in column F. Column F may read "Internal Medical Clinic Total"
I need to copy all fields from Column A until Column AM into the new Sheet
I have to use a formula, and not VB, since I cannot change the extension for security reasons.
I am trying to upload a sample file, but it is too big, since I use pivot tables, even with little data, it goes over 20MB.
The first row contains the same headers as source Sheet 'rawdata1'
