Hello,
I am trying to insert a pivot table that will not load completely. First I need to 'remove duplicate data' from the E column (Sales Docs), this works okay but when I go to insert the pivot on a separate sheet it will not load all of the details beyond a certain point. Help!

Hi,
This sounds like you haven't defined a large enough range to span your whole dataset for the pivot. This sounds like a job for Dynamic Named Ranges (DNR). See the topic and examples at:

Then use the DNR name for the pivot data instead of trying to use A?:W? notation.
