Need help extracting data from other sheet

Trying to extract data from a row in Sheet 1 to appear in multiple places in sheet 2 without having to type in Sheet 1 data in each individual cell. Or, at least have the ability to copy the cells after the formulas are written and have them go in numerical order of sheet 1.

(I'm attaching an example)

I have my data in sheet 1 (Track Grades) and the template in sheet 2 (Track Gradesheet). My problem is that after I copy the cells in sheet 2 and paste them below, instead of going to ='Track Grades'!A2 or the next number in the sequence, it jumps to make it even to whatever the difference is between the first formula (='Track Grades'!A51).

How can I copy this and make it go up sequentially by 1?

See attached. The only value you will have to alter yourself is the Athlete's Name cell. The other ones will populate based on the name entered there. Hope this helps.
