i have a problem, i have a buch of work sheets in a workbook, that i want to access certian info when you type in a sheet #, i cant attach it here because it says its too big, i believe i attached the compressed file correctly. any help would be much appreciated

If you mean , when a user types in a # in DOOR box on MASTER tab
goto VBE, dbl-click the MASTER sheet in project window, put the code in the change event for the worksheet
IF NOT change event, you will need a button.

hi,
thanks for replying, what it is, when the sheets are filled out, which they werent, i need to be able to type a date, and or door # and have the notes pop up in big window for said doors, or doors done on those dates. i am sure im asking for too much, so if it isnt possible please let me know and ill try to think of anouther way to get what im looking for.
