Merging tables from multiple workbooks into one master list no breaks

Hi there,

i have 10 workbooks that have a sheet on each called ranking worksheet. on this sheet in each book is a table the ranges from approx A1:M40 each time.

I need to make a master list on a separate workbook that updates automatically and does not have line gaps in it. is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to do this with a few formulae. Attach a sample workbook and I'll show you how.

hey pete - i have attached 3 sample ranking workbooks. i would need the new table to be in a new workbook entirely.

I can't work with these - they are linked to one of your workbooks (which I don't have), so all the values are shown as zero and the ranks are all shown as 1. Fix the values, then re-attach.
