    Vlookup trouble

Hi, Thanks in advance for any support/advice whatsoever.

Im trying to use a vlookup formula in column B but the table array for the vlook to 'look' at is dependant on the value in Column A. The value in Column A will always = a named range (at least the value does) but the vlook doesnt seem to like this.

Is there a way to make the value of a cell refer to a named range based on its 'matching' value?

    =VLOOKUP(B11,INDIRECT(C9),5,FALSE)

Just a guess use Indirect( ) for the range and try
