Exact extracting of contents into another cell

Hi All

I have situation to handle where I need to extract the exact information existing in one cell into another cell. I have attached an example here. I need to extract the exact format of information in cell C10 to another cell. Here I have used Vlookup but the information in E8 gives me the information but doesnt have the font color and background color. I need the information with all these attributes.

Hope I was successful in explaining the siuation.

A formula cannot return a format - just a value.

Formals can not return the formatting of a cell. You can use VBA to achieve this. Please find the attached sheet and click on the Green Button on Sheet1 to get the desired result. You can find the code on the Module1. See if this helps.
