Multiple text functions

I have a list of names and their evaluations:
Name Title Raise (J3:J10)
Meda Rodate, Spa Manager, 3 4 5 4 4 4, empty

Under I have a list with the same names in Column A, and their raise evaluation in Column B

Meda Rodate High Raise

How do I get just the "high" from column B to appear under Raise (J3:J10) by using a combination of text functions?

Here is the assignment from the book:
In cells J3:J10, use a combination of text functions to return just the manager`s raise recommendation - High, Low, Standard. The values returned should not have extra spaces before or after the word.
