So i have this workbook. I have basically gone through it and did some of the formulas myself, but i am at my wits end. I have included some desired results as well as some description boxes of what i need filled in. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Boop, everything you did worked wonders. I filled down the columns and now i am getting some weird numbers in them. I need to the ability to input 300 occurrences. so that is all set.
My only problem lies where i am getting very large number for referral quantities on the send an third sheets. after the cells with the data in them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, add one more criteria inside countif to exclude blanks,for summary sheet in F3
apply this and drag it down..
=COUNTIFS('Referral Data'!A:A,Summary!A3,'Referral Data'!A:A,"<>")
