Multiple Lookup to return value in table

I have the attached table That I want set up so people can put the values in column G6, G10 and G14 it will then look up in the tables on Sheet 1. It will use A1:E16 if the option in Sheet 2 G6 is 2 Tier and A19:E34 if the option in G6 is Tier 3. The entries in Sheet 2 G10 and G14 are to llokup the Row and Column headers and return the value where they correspond.
The way the inputs are set as 2 Tier, 2014-15 and Y2 the answer should be 2017-18 from cell B6.

Can this be done as the table are set up or will I have to merge them into 1 table somehow?
    Thanks
    Chris

Thanks bololusam. Works a treat. I had seen Index and Match when looking at what formula to use, but the examples I saw did not cover anything similar so was reluctant to investigate further. Will play with this to see how it works and use Index/Match in my armoury.

    Thanks
    Chris

Re: Multiple Lookup to return value in table

i created an area with index formula's first part, and i used 2 Matches, first one gives you row location of what you prefer and second Match gives you column location of what you prefer. with this row and column information you can easily take data from your area which you already defined in İndex function.
Consider this and you can easily play with index match functions(dont forget ctrl+shift+enter with array functions btw)
