Periodic Revenue

Hi there!

Hoping you guys can help me out with the problem I have while trying to generate an automatic formula for a cash flow statement of my company.
The problem is as follows:

* I have two revenue streams which I want to include in this cash flow statement.
* The first stream are regular payments (so the occurance is once), the second stream is periodic.

I am trying to make a formula where the cash flow is automatically calculated for both cashflows in my statement.
I worked out the regular payments, but I have troubles with the periodic payments..

(in the attached Excel sheet I have demonstrated my issue..)

I am really hoping one of you guys can help me out, as it took me allready days of struggling attempting to sort this out..
