Changing the cell reference for a spin button

Hi all,

I want to create a worksheet that has thousands of spin buttons. Ideally just create the one button and then copy and paste it to other cells. The problem is that when I copy and paste, the cell reference doesn't change. Manually changing would take too long.

Any suggestions please?
