Removal of #N/A in VLOOKUP formula?

I have the following formula to pick up and read some cost codes:-

    =INDEX('1.1 Staff'!$L$14:$L$23,MATCH(0,INDEX(COUNTIF($B$11:B12,'1.1 Staff'!$L$14:$L$23),0,0),0))

Formula is all fine and working great but when no cost code is relevant or appropriate I have "#N/A" entry. Is anybody aware of any tweaks I can make to this so that I get a blank cell?

    Thanks
