Need a 'conditional formatting' formula to highlight cells between dates/text

Hello Excel Help Forum!

I'm sure there is a simple explanation for this but I'm having trouble coming up with it. In the attached excel you'll see on the LRC tab a series of dates that are highlighted. The start and end of the project is 10 -15 jan and I'd like that entire area to be highlighted in red not just the start and end dates. And not just that particular one but any of them in the future that have "start" and "end" on them.

Select your range
Click "conditional formatting" in the menu
Select "new rule"
Select "use a formula ...."
Enter this formula for instance: =NOT(ISBLANK(B1)) where B1 is supposed to have "Start" as value
Define the format you need and OK

Thanks but that highlights all blank cells, which most of them are. Or, if I select and apply that particular conditional formatting to a set of cells I might as well just highlight them manually.
