I am using a formula to take the total number in rows c2:02 and c11:o11 and divide by number of days in multiple rows. Attached is the file any help would be appreciated.

How about a simple average..
=IFERROR(AVERAGE(C2:O2,C11:O11),0)

Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
