Help with formula needed for calculating total VAT of cells

Hello i have attached a screenshot with a formula i made but i want to simplify it because itl will be very long with no reason.
I want to cell I45 to have all the VAT of the cells of E multiplying with price per item of F and adding 13% VAT.
I will next copy it for 23% VAT
Now its working but if i add all the cells until No 43 it will be huge.
    Can someone help me please.
    Thanks in advance

It would be better if you uploaded the actual spreadsheet as it is difficult to see that is happening with a screen shot.

By the way, my result is a little different to yours as you are omitting the first value in row 23 in your formula.
