Excel Fantasy Formula 1 spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet, with 6 sheets...

Races - Qualifying - Bonus - Values - Players

I want to be able to insert a list of team into the Players sheet (each player can pick 5 drivers), and I want it to automatically pick up the value of the drivers for that player.

How would I go about doing this?

I want it to be if Value = X then input Y...but can't seem to get it going
