VLOOKUP and IF functions or COUNTIF and AND functions?

Hi all,

I have a call stats document that I have been tasked with organising to show the number of calls per hour (between 8am and 6pm) daily.

I'm struggling to work out which combination of formula/functions to use to enable excel to return results so that for example it shows Monday calls between 8-9am in one cell then Monday calls between 9am and 10am in the next cell and so on by hour and by day of the week.

Hopefully the attached doc explains what I'm trying to extract from the call stats.
