Sorting data into ranges/groups

Hi all,

Can anyone please help with the below?

In Column A I have a list of products.

Column B contains a list of their current prices.

Column C contains a list of new prices.

Column D is then the difference between current & new price. So there are negative & positive values.

I'm trying to do the following;

Group the prices in Column B into 100 groups (0-100, 100-200 etc) and then show how many products in the group 0-100 had an increase in price and a decrease in price based on the figures in column D.

Something like;

Range Number of products increase Number of products decreased
0-100 60 50
100-200 80 100

I can get the ranges in a pivot table but am stuck as how to show the differences within the actual ranges.

See a new column of Up or Down helps with a count in each group. See the attached example.
