Simple formula help - step rate calculation

Hi all,
this will be a piece of cake for most (apologies I am still at the early stages of excel wizardry college!).

Need to work out a levy as follows:
Adults:
0-5000 @ £3
5001-7500 @ £2.50
7501-10000 @ £1.5
10001+ @ £1

Kids
0-5000 @ £1
5001-7500 @ £1
7501-10000 @ £1
10001+ @ £1

I have attached the spread sheet to make it easier.
Cells that need formulae are C18,D18,E18,F18,C19,D19,E19,F19

Hi,
Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my question.
Unfortunately this isn’t what I need (completely my fault not yours, I didn’t explain my needs very well).
I need for example on 7,300 tickets:
5000 @ £3 = £15,000
2300 @ £2.50 = £5,750
7300 =£20,750
Your formula simply calculated 7,300 @ £2.50
Is this an easy fix?
