Seeking the MOST RECENT entry in a row

    $Intvwg.xlsx

below I have a simple example ... I am trying to find a formula for cell H6 where it will look at the row (mon thru fri) and choose the most recent entry

in this example, the answer would be 34000 --- I am not looking for the MAX ... but rather the most recent entry ... on thursday ... the new answer would be whatever is input into that box ...

    thx for all you do!

    Or this...
    =INDEX($C$6:$H$6,COUNT($C$6:$H$6))
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

It is looking for a really REALLY big number ....9999999E+307...which it wont find. It will then look for the 1st next-lowest value, which is the 1st non-blank cell
