Conditional Formatting change if cell changes

I have a 'task' worksheet that has conditional formatting to show when tasks are coming due....

I would like to add conditional formatting so that when there is a completed date in a row in column 'H' the conditional formatting in column D for the related row is removed and the row (Column A-H) is coloured

please see attached example of now and 'required'...
