how to obtain consecutive non-zero values from range

Hi
I have the following set of data in a column that are a result of an if statement.

0
0
0
0
0
0
9
0
0
0
13
0
0
0
0
0
0
27
0
0
0
0

I want to get the following results

Range 1
From 5
to 9


range 2
from 13
to 27

the number of ranges depends on the number of non zero items divided by 2. This I have done using countifs but how to retrieve the values using a formula.
